Shipping
We aim to please! Even though we rarely have any problems, we ship all packages fully insured and it is our policy to replace or refund any item damaged during shipping. Any items damaged during shipping must be reported immediately with included photos showing the packaging and damage.
Returns
While we work hard to ensure that every sale made meets the customer's needs, we understand that there are times when returns are necessary. In this instance, to ensure the best possible service to our customers, we have guidelines to make the transaction easier.
•Returns can be made up to 14 days after the date of invoice.
•A credit will be given for all returns, minus a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping fully insured is buyers responsibility. (sorry, no cash refunds.)
•The original invoice must accompany all returns (unless received as a gift.)
•Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be returned.
